Assistant HR Business Partner
Your new role
A real "hands on" post, you will be supporting line managers with disciplinary, grievance and case management, alongside other HR projects. You will have really strong ER skills, and be comfortable in a fast paced, demanding post. Liaising with people at all levels in the business you will also coach and develop managers
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor, Business Partner or Manager who has a real passion for ER and thrives in a busy, fast paced role. You should be mobile with your own transport and happy to travel across the region. As this is a temporary post, candidates will need to be immediately available or free on short notice.
