A well-established large Public Sector organisation based in Plymouth (South West) are looking for a permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist. This business is moving away from a traditional business plan into a commercial and modern business plan.

Your new role
You will work alongside a Talent Management Specialist to support the business on a large Talent Acquisition project. You will support the business moving away from a traditional business plan into a commercial and modern business plan. This is a strategic project, with no line management and you will assess the current and future talent needs of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will need a commercial / Private Sector background along with having an understanding of Public Sector obstacles and excellent pragmatic communication skills. You will need experience of building a pipeline of talent internally and externally.
