L&D Manager (specialist in management training)
We're working with a fantastic, values led investment management firm on an exciting opportunity for a Leadership Trainer.
Reporting to the Group Head of L&D you will be responsible for working with Heads of Business and Senior Managers across the group to develop various soft skills such as Change Management, People Management, Influencing etc.
Your role will include about 75% delivery and 1:1 coaching so experience in this is necessary and must be with a focus on soft skills.
More specifically, as an L&D Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing the skills and performance of all people managers
Carry out side by side and remote coaching sessions with people managers
Initiate changes and improvements where suitable
Support, develop and motivate staff to deliver departmental and individual objectives
Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:
Have a proven track record of training delivery including 'soft skills' modules
Have experience delivering training to leadership populations
Have experience managing people
Have chance management experience
Be highly organized and concise in your work
Be excellent at building relationships
