Our client a busy financial services organisation based in Telford is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their large HR team, reporting into the Senior manager of Reward. You will have responsibility for the following areas

  • Providing administrative support to the Reward and general HR Team
  • Support the reward team in actively promoting reward to the wider business
  • Act as notetaker in a variety of meetings
  • Managing the compensation and benefits inbox responding and delegating queries where appropriate
  • Manage reward events
  • Maintain the recruitment tracker


  • Previous HR administrative experience within a corporate environment
  • CPP Qualifications
  • Good understanding of benefits and pensions
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
