My client are a privately owned global design business who are going through extensive expansion on an international level. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on their rapidly changing business and work in a global capacity based in their London office.
You will work closely with one of the Founders of the business to help implement their new business strategy from a HR perspective, as well as with the HR team based in Australia. As a growing business, they have 3 key areas of focus for the foreseeable future; bringing in the right talent, working in a more unified global way and ensuring growth also means high retention.
As the HRBP you will ensure each goal is met and work effectively with line managers and the global executive team. Other key areas to focus on will be:
Implementing a new Performance Management scheme
Looking at a new global ATS
Linking new company values to their culture
Looking at improving the company's flexible working and benefits package
Driving engagement with line managers
This role is for someone with a strong EMEA understanding as well as experience dealing with global mobility. You must be patient with systems (as they are still as start-up) and think commercially in a way you put the business first and not always focus on pure compliance.
