Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
My client, a high-growth Tech start-up in the City, are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their expanding People team. With international growth happening across the US and EMEA, they are looking for an experienced internal Recruiter to be part of their London office and help with the delivery of this.
You will manage a small team of Recruiters and work in both a delivery and strategy focussed role. The delivery piece will be focussing on the senior hires across the business, ensuring there is a continuous talent pipeline and network building. The strategy side will be looking at the current processes and improving them to a highly efficient degree. You will also be focussing on the recruitment team and operations side of things, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully.
They are a business who pride themselves on internal development and promotion, as well as their collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. You will have the opportunity to voice new initiatives and ideas, whilst thinking commercially and internationally for the business. Delivery of roles is vital in this fast-paced and ever-changing business, so consistency and attention to detail is key.
Experience in a technology business is highly advantageous, with exposure to a commercial organisation a must.
