Role: Senior Recruiter
Location: Central London
My client is an international-leading Media company who are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their London team. You must be an experienced Recruiter, predominantly within the technology space, who is able to work in an end to end role looking after a growing business function and world class talent attraction strategies.
I am looking for someone who can focus on building a strong talent pipeline in your area, at a fast-pace and changing environment. You won't just be delivering on live vacancies but building a talent community and strengthening their employer brand. You will be a trusted partner to business leaders and stakeholders across EMEA, whilst looking to find the very best talent.
Lead on regional recruiting projects in your area
Grow and maintain relationships with candidates across the process for current and future talent
Focus on trends in the market to establish effective recruitment processes and initiatives
Have a deep understanding of strategic business priorities and the organisation's key focus for talent
Have the ability to influence talent decision across the business
You will have a strong understanding of different business models, operations and competitor positions, in order to demonstrate how the business needs to operate successfully in a competitive market. Your business area will primarily be focussing on their technology side, in particular data analysts. Experience and a current network in this area is highly advantageous.
