12 Month FTC

My client are a multinational media and digital communications business based in Central London. Due to some movement within the team, they are looking for an experienced HR advisor to join them on an initial 12 month FTC basis.
Sitting in the central HR team, you will work closely with the HR business partners to deal with any ER issues that arise.
Advising on any ER issues including: disciplinaries, performance management, probation fails etc.
Lead conversations around maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave
Working closely with line managers to provide support and education around key processes and basic employment law
Run meetings with stakeholders
Involvement in any relevant HR projects
Previous experience at advisor level
Strong knowledge of ER and employment law
Workday experience would be highly desirable
Strong experience on Excel
Confidence in managing stakeholders
Ability to work with own initiative
Ideally you will be available immediately if not on short notice.
