Your new role
Our Guildford based client requires a Recruitment Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to start ASAP. The main purpose of the role is to lead the recruitment team to deliver the hiring demand and secondly, to support with the development of the regional recruitment strategy in line with the overall global recruitment strategy and processes to ensure the effective attraction and recruitment of employees throughout the region to meet current and future needs.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership of the day to day recruitment team operations including ownership of own requisitions
Support development and implementation of an effective social media strategy that supports business objectives, communicates EVP and increases brand presence. Work with marketing and the business to develop compelling content for any approved social media vehicles.
Develop detailed understanding of the recruitment market and use this knowledge to input to regional recruitment strategy and identify effective routes to market
Lead delivery by providing clear direction, coaching and motivation to ensure the team meet the recruitment needs of the business
Develop and build effective relationships with all key recruitment stakeholders and ensure the team do the same
Ensuring the effective implementation of the recruitment strategy, regularly reporting and monitoring performance and activity against agreed SLAs and KPIs and inputting to strategy as required, including adaptation
Develop managed talent pools and talent pipelines that support critical hiring activity
Develop a culture of data integrity with the use of Success Factors that supports that activity
Identify and project manage other recruitment related initiatives as required to support business hiring objectives

What you'll need to succeed

Proven leadership skills
Strong knowledge of the full breadth of recruitment activities and best practice
Ability to understand and interpret business priorities and translate these into appropriate actions
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to motivate, manage and lead a large multi-site team
Strong persuasion and influencing skills
Knowledge and experience of an ATS (preferably SuccessFactors)

A base salary of £45,000 - £60,000
