The Learning Lab
We are building a team of learning and development professionals who are passionate about providing learning solutions and development experiences that will challenge our people to be their very best. This team is our Learning Lab and we have two exciting learning and development manager roles to tell you about.
Two exciting roles
Both roles will partner closely with the business to provide learning consultancy, solutions and change programs creating a culture of continuous learning. We are looking for a diversity of experience covering leadership & management development, professional, and technical development and competency building.
The two roles will form part of a wider team and have opportunity for cross-functional involvement and contribution. However, one of the roles will be focused on delivering central consultancy and programs across the business, while the other will focus on developing the professional and technical skills of our Global Services Organisation (circa 2000 people in 128 countries).
Industry experience in technology, customer and service-based organisations would be ideal.
You will provide consultancy (from diagnostics to sustainable, measurable solution propositions balancing specific and overall SITA requirements), as well as coaching and guidance to Profession and Learning Leads. Partnering with Profession and HR Leads in the review of the Career Framework for the assigned profession to establish competency frameworks, identify skills gaps and profession development needs to meet current and future skill requirements.
You also will develop and manage learning solutions and programs that focus on the employee learning experience and maximise the measurable learning impact needed, ensuring that technology and social learning are an integral part of the solution. Promote LMS content and functionalities as an enabler of the learning solutions.
Manage training events including: venue and supplier, event registration and administration, learning collateral design.
Is this you?:
In depth proven experience of managing the full learning cycle and learning & development solutions in complex, international, multi-cultural and innovative environments
Successfully managed enterprise wide learning and development programmes and corporate initiatives and related third parties
A strong background in leadership and management, competency management and behavioural changes
Provto conduct global needs assessment and strong instruction design·
Awareness of data protection and related learning management regulatio
