We have a completely unique and career changing opportunity with our client, a progressive and value led membership organisation as a HR Director. You will play a key part in an organisation that is dedicated towards making a difference to the lives of millions of people and see the true impact of its work on people and communities throughout the UK.
Managing and developing a team of 5, you will provide comprehensive generalist HR support across the organisation, further develop and implement a diverse HR plan across an exciting and ever changing landscape and continue to ensure that HR is held in the highest of regards and is at the heart of the business.
You will have the leadership and direction of an outstanding Director who will challenge, stretch and elevate your development. The environment is incredibly fast paced and as a principle advisor you need to be a flexible solutions based HR professional who can build trust and relationships quickly. The culture would suit a confident, articulate and strong decision maker who is motivated by quick innovative outcomes and the highest quality delivery.
You will have worked in a multi sited organisation with the ability to translate this into excellent delivery whilst also continuing to develop the HR strategy. Experience of delivering complex HR projects, the ability to challenge constructively, give feedback, work well under deadlines and recommend HR approaches that support organisational strategy is essential. Ideally you will have worked with Unions and have the ability to always work with discretion and appreciation for the high profile nature of the organisation. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of safeguarding and regulated frameworks however this does not need to be sector specific. This would suit a HR professional that has managed a team either within a SME with a workforce of 500 plus or a HRBP that has a client group of a similar size and worked closely with the senior management team or executive teams.
