HR Business Partner - Sales & Service

Our client is a fast paced, entrepreneurial business that has grown organically and through acquisition. The role of HR Business Partner is a pivotal role, for an ambitious individual to bring a forward thinking approach to business partnering, which shapes and delivers the people plan for the Sales and Service functions. Supporting the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will further embed the HR business partner model and integration across the Sales functions, whilst facilitating organisational design within the business area, to ensure the business model further drives high performance within a Sales and Service led culture.

As a member of the business unit leadership team, you will support the delivery of all elements of the strategic and operational HR agenda to drive a strong culture of engagement whilst improving the effectiveness of talent acquisition and onboarding. Your role will primarily be a facilitator of change; effectively working with Sales Managers to develop their People skills in managing and developing high performing teams as well as developing policies and procedures and sales recognition schemes.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner and strong relationship builder, with knowledge of sales led and commission reward and recognition schemes and a proven track record of establishing and supporting the operational direction within a sales led environment. Commercially astute, with experience of delivery of a people and customer centric HR service, the successful incumbent will also be able to demonstrate success in managing the operational, hands on delivery of HR projects and talent management. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.  This role offers an ambitious, tenacious individual the next step in their HR career, supported by a HR Director.
