This is a rare opportunity to work with a dedicated and fast-paced team who manage the account of one of our biggest financial clients.
What Will You Do?
Support and co-ordinate projects for our financial client
Create and maintain content management systems
Book meeting rooms and conference facilities as well as hosting calls with different stakeholders
Maintain plans, records, spreadsheets, trackers and databases
Attend scheduled meetings and take the minutes, preparing the communication to go out to all involved in the project
Responsible for smaller projects which require accurate co-ordination with other departments as well as external clients
Analyse reports and data to assist with the delivery of the overall project
Work closely with the Senior Project Managers to pull together MI
Produce different correspondence and documents for the team using a variety of different software
What Will You Have?
Previous experience working in a similar Project Coordination role
Strong reporting and analysing skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and use your own initiative in sometimes ambiguous situations
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks at once
First class communication skills both verbally and written
Extensive experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
