About The Role
An exciting opportunity to work for one of our financial clients within in their Global Group Team on one of their Learning Programs.
This is a busy role and we are looking for someone who is highly organised, has exceptional communication skills and has a genuine interest and passion in learning.
You will be responsible for the coordination of all day-day elements of the program and any events scheduled. You would be working closely with other L&D professionals looking after their diaries and liaising with vendors and ensuring contracts are correct.

What Will You Do?
To lead, consult and deliver the scheduled processes on contracts, where required
Support in producing essential reports on agreed dates, outlining the essential data needed as requested by the client
Liaise and manage internal and external vendors to arrange hotels, trainers, print suppliers, catering and equipment
Schedule and administer enrolments including, monitor participant numbers, to ensure minimum delegate numbers are achieved, and highlighting low enrolments to appropriate contact
Set up courses using appropriate Learning Management System and database, in line with standard operating procedures
Book accommodation for facilitators and participants, if required
Manager learner queries coordinate escalations in accordance with Service Level Agreements and offer recommendations for improvements.
Work towards deadlines stipulated by the client in order to deliver the program objectives.
Be forth right in raising any potential challenges or risks to the appropriate contact
Will Will You Have?
Working in a similar position within L&D or HR, ideally having L&D experience
Excellent organizational, planning and controlling skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure and within demanding timescales
Good networking skills
