Job Description

As the Regional HR manager, you will be hand on operationally in leading the HR function for two Bristol distribution sites. With help from 2 HR Advisers, you will focus on the full employee life-cycle, ensuring the right approach is determined, embedded within the site and key trends are identified to influence how the site continues to move forward. The two sites in Bristol has circa 400 staff.

The Successful Applicant

The Regional HR Manager will be working in a fast-paced, unionised blue-collar environment. To be successful you will need to be able to build relationships effectively across the business and work quickly when needs arise.

You will also be working closely with the General Managers of both sites, needing to gain credibility effectively from all employees and be a true business partner to the sites. This role will suit a generalist that wants to immerse themselves in a fast paced, commercial business to help develop the HR offering.

The Regional HR Manager is an essential role for Gist and comes with an attractive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, a car allowance and bonus potential of 30%, health care and pension.
