An exciting opportunity has become available within a top tier investment bank for an Onsite Recruiter. You will be working within an RPO model for one of the leading RPOs and will be onsite at the Investment Bank with the aim of partnering them for their recruitment needs. Specifically you will be looking at finance related roles and as such it is essential that candidate come from a Financial Services background.
This is a hybrid role that will require a proactive and varied approach to recruiting. You will be tasked with both direct recruitment and sourcing candidates via the agency PSL. For direct hires candidates will need to have a proven track record of resourcing, attracting and hiring candidates using social media, job boards, internal and external networks. Candidates will also need to have experience managing and working together with a PSL of agreed recruitment suppliers.
Candidates must be target and deadline orientated. You will also be working at a very senior level within the business so it is essential that you can forge strong, lasting relationships at all levels and can influence and guide stakeholders towards decision making.
This is a busy role which will require a candidate of high energy, attention to detail and gravitas.
