Learning & Development Coordinator - Management Consultancy

A top international Management Consultancy based in Central London are recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Manager, this role will work closely with the managers to ensure the effective organisation and delivery regarding Professional Development. As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Managing the case start up and exit review logistics

  • Monitoring case exit reviews for specific individuals

  • Facilitating timely delivery of case exits and professional development reviews

  • Working with Managers to identify and communicate review responsibilities

  • Coordinating professional development review logistics

  • Helping to create materials for bi-annual review meetings

  • Maintaining overall database compiling current and historic performance data on individuals

  • Managing upward feedback cycle for senior consulting staff

  • Providing support to the PD team as required as part of key processes

  • Ensuring appropriate materials are created and training provided on review completion and delivery

  • Other ad hoc projects
