Your new role
The HR Manager will work in partnership with the senior leadership team to develop and implement a HR strategy, designed to support the achievement of business of objectives and establishing the organisation as an employer of choice. The HR Manager will drive the HR team responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive HR & development service across the organisation. Key focuses of the position will include employee relations, management development & leadership, reward, employee engagement and talent management. The HR Manager will be a business partner to the divisional heads and provide coaching to the executive leadership team.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that candidates have HR leadership experience ideally from within a large organisation from the engineering or skilled manufacturing sector. Candidates will be able to demonstrate success in the development of business aligned HR strategies and in creating unique HR initiatives designed to attract talent to the business and engage with employees.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 plus excellent benefits. The HR Manager role will offer the opportunity to contribute to the success and continued growth of the organisation.
