My client is the UK's leading HR recruitment business, with offices in London and Birmingham. They are looking for an individual who will be an integral to the growth of their newly established executive search and selection business. Reporting to the lead partner you will be responsible for ensuring their candidates receive the best support and care throughout the recruitment process. You will also play a key role in supporting the bid teams when they go to meet clients.

Candidate attraction

    • Work with the Executive team to identify and headhunt candidates

    • Support the team with market mapping

    • First point of contact to introduce client

    • Pre-screen candidates and book internal interviews

    • Participate in interviews when appropriate

    • Write up interview notes

    • Prepare CVs to take to market

Candidate care

  • You will play an integral role in supporting through their interview journey
    • Co-ordinating interview availability and booking in times with both the client and candidate

    • Preparing candidate briefing documents to support interview preparation

    • Arranging suitable times for consultants to take full feedback

    • Liaise with the client and candidate to organise start date

    • Ensure all candidate documentation post offer is completed

Pitch Support

  • Produce company and competitor information for client meetings
    • Support with producing client proposals

    • Arrange all follow up meetings including interviews and feedback briefings

Internal Support

    • Produce monthly reports on candidate registrations

    • Organize follow up calls and meetings between candidates and consultants

    • Support with board presentations and monthly reports

Skills Required

    • You will be a graduate with 1-2 years work experience in a customer focused environment

    • Proficient in excel, PowerPoint and word

    • Some recruitment experience either in house or agency would be preferable

This role would suit somebody currently working as a recruitment consultant who loves the candidate/ customer care side but perhaps does not enjoy the sales element. Or you may be working inhouse but want the buzz of a small agency, and to be part of a dynamic and fast growing business with diverse workload.
