HR Business Partner 12 month FTC
My client is one of the largest housing associations creating over 55000 houses across London and the South East. Winners of the Investors In People Award they not only succeed expectation internally with their employees but externally with their clients and community projects! They are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for a 8 month temp to perm to work in their team based in Colchester. This role will require travel and so a car and UK driving licence is essential.
This is any exciting time to join their organisation after an successful merger they have grown and established an even wider market portfolio. The settling in phase is over and this role will be to continue to drive the successes of the client groups forward and support them with any HR support they need. The client group is 300 in size and will cover the care and support services this will include senior teams up to Director level. This role requires an experienced HR professional who has managed large client groups and its not afraid to offer advice, influence and guide stakeholders who have high performance objectives.
To be successful in this role you will be able to Demonstrate experience of delivering commercially focused solutions across varied business areas. You will have an experience of managing change projects including restructures and redundancy processes and extensive TUPE experience. You will be able to display a commitment to developing, managing and delivering high quality customer-driven services, demonstrating best practice, and achieving best value. You will enjoy networking and building effective and productive working relationships and partnerships up to senior level. You will have the ability to understand complex employment issues and information and translate by providing advice, support and guidance. As a person Seeks constant change and improvement and challenges conventional working practices. Proven ability to work under pressure/to short deadlines.
This role would suit a HR professional who could hit the ground running, has worked in a commercial or healthcare or support services setting and is able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. You will have worked in a changing environment and be able to offer robust and tailored solutions to your client group. You will have high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
