This role is concerned with operational delivery of the Company’s Organisational Restructuring and Change Management offering with associated fee earning responsibilities. Principal Consultants are expected to make a significant contribution towards new and repeat business as well as ensuring that Organisational Change Management projects are delivered to the highest level of client satisfaction and profitability.
The successful candidates will be capable and experienced at operating at C-suite level and will have sold and delivered successful large scale organisational change projects with blue chip clients.
Candidates will combine strong commercial awareness with strong communication skills and an ability to think laterally.
