Our not-for-profit organisation is looking to recruit a HR Analyst for business improvement within the HR department
Your new role
As a business analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of processes that drive efficiency and best in class service within HR. You will capture both current and future state business processes, risks and controls, including process mapping. You will also be documenting and analysing the needs to the business, underpinning by a robust understanding of the current business situation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have in depth experience working as an analyst in a professional working environment with experience of and involvement in the entire process lifestyle. You must also have exceptional analytical skills in order to investigate and understand complicated issues.
