Recruitment Advisor - 12 Month FTC

Our client is an award winning global technology company who are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a 12 month FTC.

They are looking for candidates who specifically focussed on experienced hires across all functions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Full cycle recruitment including: Talent attraction, Sourcing, Briefing hiring managers, Selection & Assessment.
  • Management of stakeholder relationships with different line managers, HR and department heads.
  • Managing third party suppliers where necessary.
  • Advising and challenging the business on best practice.
  • Generation of data through ATS or CRM system.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • You will need recruitment expertise across the hiring process including sourcing, selecting and interviewing.
  • Previous recruitment experience gained in-house.
  • Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Experience in IT, Finance, Sales and HR recruitment.
  • Experience in contract recruitment.
  • Relevant degree and ideally be CIPD qualified.
