A niche Financial Services organisation based in the City of London is currently looking for a Reward Analyst to join a small but growing reward team and support with remuneration and regulatory matters.
Working in a small team and reporting to the Head of Reward, the Reward Analyst will have a a number of responsibilities including:
Supporting with the year-end salary review process
Assisting with amending and updating deferral bonus and share plan data
Data analysis and reporting on salary data
Analysing and preparing documentation for RemCo
We are looking for someone who has a strong reward background, has good analytical skills & advanced excel and ideally has an understanding of regulations and remuneration with Financial Services. You will be confident liaising with Senior Stakeholders.
