As the successful candidate your duties will include managing the delivery of operational HR services to ensure an efficient and customer focused service. You will be working closely with the Group led HR central services, payroll and benefit functions to deliver a service with successful implementation of new benefit offerings to our employees.
You will take on the responsibility of developing and reviewing relevant HR process, policies, procedures and systems use in conjunction with the wider HR team. Systems include PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, PeopleFluent and Taleo, You will be working closely with HR Business Partners to support the delivery of their client priorities, especially at times of significant organisational change.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you need to have experience of HR Operations in a financial services firm and have the ability to manage within a Group led structure is necessary. You must be able to manage escalations / conflict to find resolutions with a variety of stakeholders. In addition to this, previous experience of PeopleSoft and Cornerstone advantageous.
