Ashley Kate HR are partnering with an established organisation as they are looking to add a Recruitment Manager to their team due to continued growth.
The salary for this role is paying up to £50K + profit shares and other benefits.
This role will be partnering with the business to understand their needs and the provide a proactive and professional recruitment process. You will be building relationships with a diverse client group in a highly professional partnering style, while providing expert, strategic recruitment advice and support. You will work with internal stakeholders & external suppliers to develop and implement effective plans to source and hire the required talent.
The ideal candidate will need to have significant experience of identifying and designing effective recruitment strategies, successfully applying the latest recruitment and selection methodologies and demonstrate experience of proactively designing HR recruitment and selection processes and policies. They will have extensive experience working with senior management and be able to display evidence of working innovatively and be able to think outside the box when attracting top talent.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following-
- Experience recruiting in a range of sectors including tech
- Must have extensive recruitment experience hiring all level of roles and leading a recruitment strategy
- Able to implement effective sourcing techniques into the business
- Experience with a variety of retention techniques
- Excellent communicator that can partner with the wider business
- Line management experience
