Your new role
A truly generalist role working with an interesting client group and leading and developing a small team of HR professionals. Partnering the highest level in the business across all elements of HR including effective leadership, people management, organisational design and development, change management, workforce strategy, resourcing, reward and employee wellbeing. The organisation have a clear strategic plan and you will play a key role in ensuring the people elements are executed effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have operated in an HR partnering capacity before ideally with experience in a commercial setting. You will be passionate about developing your team and sharing your knowledge with them. The role requires someone who can think strategically but who is also happy with a hands on operational remit. You will have proven success managing change and be continuously looking to improve ways of working.
