HR Business Partner

A brand new HR Business Partner opportunity to join an established Investment House based near Green Park.  Reporting into the Head of HR with a part time HR Administrator for support, there is lots to be done around establishing policies and procedures and updating frameworks.  You will need to have worked in a regulated environment (FCA - ideally Investment or Asset Management) and will be an autonomous forward thinker with the ambition to move in to the 'Head of' role over the next few years. 

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Owning HR Projects, ie employee engagement initiatives, performance management and remuneration policy
  • Improvement of Learning and Development offering 
  • Analysing HR trends and reporting on data findings
  • Supporting with recruitment needs; guiding managers from start to finish 
  • Implementation of new initiatives
  • Strong Employee Relations expertise and employment law knowlegde
  • A self starter with excellent communication and influencing skills
