Your new role
You will be reporting into the HR Manager provide efficient and comprehensive HR administration and generalist advice service to support the needs of the organisation in attracting, retaining and developing high calibre staff. A key part of the role will involve will support the end to end recruitment process to ensure a smooth on-boarding process including reference and induction checks. You will manage the attendance report and ensure proficient use of all HR system, analyse data and regular reporting. You will advise on HR policies and support line management with performance management and absence issues.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional who has operated within a busy environment. Candidates will have a proven experience of working in a HR administration, with particular emphasis on accurate record keeping, data processing and HR systems. They will possess a high quality and pro-active service to all customers and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
