An experienced HR Services & HR Projects Manager is required for an international Capital Markets, Commodities and Investment Bank based in London City.
This is a broad and extremely busy role, effectively acting as 2nd in command to the HRD, supporting them on a number of projects across the organisation, as well as overseeing HR Services (Operations) across the UK, Singapore and some European offices. You will have one direct report - an HR Operations Manager who leads a team delivering all BAU HR processes and low level advisory services.
The HR Services team covers:
Extensive on boarding, new starters and contracts
Immigration and global mobility
SMR, GDPR, Brexit projects
Data and systems projects (implementing Workday)
Projects will include:
Working with the HRD to understand strategic priorites and translate these into new run / change programmes of work across HR services
Managing processes and streamlining them, proposing new ideas and value add suggestions to improve
Bringing on board coverage of new European entities, integrating process and service delivery
Developing ways of working with the broader HRBP team
This position will suit a senior individual with extensinve HR Operations and projects experience, ideally gained in fiancial services. Someone who has managed the impact of change, is a strong project maanger, methodical and process savvy, who is relationship driven, able to challenge and motivated to develop an offering.
