About the opportunity
From hire to retire, maternity leave to career breaks, you’ll be the one who keeps track of vital data on every employee. Working in our shared services team, supported by a high level of automation, you’ll be able to focus on the bigger picture, providing guidance and information to employees, managers and HR on more complex processes and data changes. It’s a role that combines attention to detail with a focus on the internal customer. We’ll also look to you for input on improving the service we offer.
Experience of using HR systems and processes is essential, as are proven customer service skills. Numerate and technically capable, you’ll be at home using HR systems such as Workday HCM and analytical support tools. We’re looking for people who can build and maintain good relationships with internal customers, so well-developed communication skills are a must, as is a strong focus on making a contribution to the wider BP business. You’ll be highly organised with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
