The HR Manager will lead the HR function with support from a HR Advisor. The role will be hands on in fast paced operational environment. Building relationships to maximise and enable you to deliver the HR strategy will be key. Enfield has population of c450 increasing in peak periods.
The Successful Applicant
Enfield is a fast-paced, ever changing, blue-collar environment in which you will need to drive engagement daily, so to be successful you will need to be able to build relationships, work quickly and be adaptable. You will work closely with the General Manager who really understands the value of working to a people led agenda. The role will be focused on the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the right approach is determined, embedded within the site and key trends are identified to influence how we move the site forward. This role will suit a generalist who wants to immerse themselves in the business and really help develop the HR offering.
What's on Offer
The Regional HR Manager offers an attractive salary of £42,000- £48,000 (including £2,000 London weighting), a company car allowance, bonus potential of up to 30%, healthcare and pension.
