Your new company
Our client based in central Oxford is currently looking for a Recruitment Executive to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract due to a considerable growth in the business. You will be working directly with the Recruitment and HR Manager supporting the end to end Recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional and efficient service.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the full Recruitment process, this will include the management of job adverts and the shortlisting of candidates. You will hold the responsibility of coordinating interviews, candidate testing and assessment centres. Other aspects of this role will include liaising across the wider business to provide constructive feedback to candidate. You will also have the opportunity to help organise and attend a number of Recruitment events and Job Fairs.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the role of Recruitment Executive you will be able to demonstrate and put into practise your knowledge of the full Recruitment cycle from end to end. You will hold exceptional organisational skills and be confident when dealing with high volumes of Recruitment. You will possess excellent Administrative skills, will have a professional manner and be comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
