Head of HR Operations - up to £70,000

Annapurna HR are currently recruiting for a truly innovative professional services organisation who are on the lookout for a Head of HR Operations to run and improve their current HR Service Delivery Processes including Employee Relations. This role will be key in the development of maturity of the HR function and will report directly to the Leaders in the business and HR. The remit of this roles responsibility sit across the following areas:

  • On boarding & Exit procedures
  • Payroll Delivery
  • HR & People Data change
  • Global Mobility Administration
  • People Management
  • Employee Relations

The successful candidate will be required to have experience in the field of HR Shared Services/HR Service Delivery and sitting within an HR Operations environment. The candidate must have process improvement experience and ideally a background including HR Operations. In due course the aim of this project will be to develop to a maturity model which includes automated HR process and an off shored function.
