Compensation, Benefits and Mobility Manager
Compensation, Benefits and Mobility Manager - Chiswick Park
Your new company
I am working with a start-up firm based in Chiswick Park, West London, who are looking to recruit a Compensation, Benefits and Mobility Manager on a permanent basis. This is an urgent requirement and my client can only look at 1 month notice maximum.
Your new role
This is a stand-alone position, and you will design and implement a global compensation strategy for the business, working with Business Partners in each country to ensure it is standardised globally. You will manage the day to day compensation and benefits piece for the UK and support globally. You will also manage international moves in and out of the UK.
Another aspect of the role will be to manage the HRIS, supporting the implementation of Workday, as well as managing the HRIS data.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Compensation and Benefits Manager with some global mobility exposure. You will have had experience in most areas of compensation and benefits and be comfortable in a stand-alone role. Ideally you will have experience of Workday although this is not necessary.
What you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing successful start-up firm, who has the backing of a larger and successful business. You will have the opportunity to influence and develop your own ideas in this varied, and global role. If you are looking for a challenge where you will see projects through from start to finish, in a start-up feel environment, this is the role for you.
