Partner with the given operations and stakeholders to provide an added value end to end recruitment service
Ensure detailed, accurate and meaningful job descriptions are received for all requests, and where necessary, working with the hire manager to devise or enhance JD's in order to efficiently screen and hire candidates.
Adhere to the resourcing processes from role release through to offer.
Resource and qualify candidates in accordance with agreed timescales, utilising resources available when appropriate.
Use all database and web resourcing methods and ensure all roles are advertised on the appropriate websites, managing responses within the agreed timescales.
Screen and short-list CVs for all vacancies.
Proactive candidate pipelining for new projects/roles and sourcing for a range of roles and candidates for new &/or existing requirements
Setting up talent pools and an effective communication plan for passive candidates
Responsible for the submission of candidate short-lists to the Hiring Manager
Organise interviews, ensuring that all candidates/agencies are fully briefed about the role and location prior to interview stages.
Partner hiring managers during face-to-face interviews, advising on best practice and ensuring adequate assessment of capabilities, motivations and cultural fit
Provide detailed and timely feedback after CV submission and interviews within agreed SLA's.
Negotiation and effective communication/updates with all candidates, including direct offers to candidates and agencies.
Responsible for working with the Recruitment team to achieve team and personal objectives against agreed KPI's.
Develop your knowledge and understanding of the Rail market.
Looking after your recruitment area, including all the relevant administration/coordination
