HR Business Partner

My client, an Engineering Consultancy are currently seeking a HR Business Partner. Based in the heart of London this is a brilliant opportunity for someone to really grow and develop their career, under the guidance of an accomplished HR team. The HR team are incredibly valued by the wider business so a collaborative and partnering approach is key.

Key Duties:

  • Provide on-going HR support to the relevant functions

  • Lead and support HR projects

  • Manage the implementation of wider business initiatives within client groups

  • Lead the implementation of organisational development work with client groups in alignment with Group HR strategies

  • Drive effective talent management audit and action planning within relevant disciplines, including programmes for attracting, retaining and driving mobility of high-quality talent

  • Facilitates the annual performance management and pay review process

  • Take active steps to identify and prioritise critical technical capabilities and talent requirements

Key requirements:

  • Effective in working with diverse teams

  • Comfortably interact across all mediums of interaction i.e. face to face vs virtual interactions with teams and stakeholders

  • Effectively influence and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes

  • Remains focused in times of uncertainty and ambiguity

  • Understanding of change management and organisational development methodologies

Paying a salary of circa £45,000 - £50,000 this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a challenging and diverse role, within a company that truly value their staff.
