My client, a Data, Insights & Events business are currently seeking an immediately available Talent Acquisition Executive to join their dynamic, collaborative and fun team in central London. This is a full-time perm role paying a salary of £40,000 + 10% bonus.
To drive and evolve the Talent Acquisition agenda to attract & hire high calibre talent, ensuring there is a solid pipeline of future talent
Act as a representative of the Company via social media, promoting the employer brand presence by influencing employer brand perception externally across all hiring levels to help attract new talent into the business.
Ensure the talent acquisition focus is on quality, reducing time to hire and sourcing 50% vacant roles from direct channels.
Work with the Head of HR to develop a systematic and comprehensive strategy to fill circa 30 positions annually - consisting of a variety of roles in our commercial, product and business partner teams from entry to senior level
Support the end to end talent acquisition process across the UK & APAC offices, liaising with hiring managers, direct sourcing, manging PSL relationships, creating innovative job adverts, telephone screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling and coordination.
Provide insight on latest trends in the recruiting arena to evolve current systems and practices
Enhance the rigour around how the organisation approaches Talent Acquisition, including establishing on going relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs
Develop interview & recruiting skills of new hiring managers, incorporating our LEADERS values into the assessment framework
Develop ability to participate in recruitment functions including job fairs, conferences and career events targeting unique applicant populations.
Manage monthly reporting on key metrics - open positions, time to hire, headcount budget, headcount reporting etc.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding our recruiting process and use that feedback to continually improve our recruiting practice
Proactive approach in terms of identifying, evaluating and influencing Hiring Managers
Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates, develop pools of "want to hire" candidates in advance of need, and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
Key Attributes, Skills and Experience
- 3-5 Years' experience
Experience of implementing an applicant tracking system
Experience of utilising LinkedIn Recruiter tools
Excellent judgement and assessment skills
Confidence to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular
Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness and personal accountability
Ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables
Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships across the business
Excellent communication skills; listening, speaking & writing
Self-motivated and possesses an action bias with a strong sense of urgency
