Annapurna HR are working with a leading insurance firm on an Interim Recruiter role for an initial 3-month contract.
My client are looking for a someone to support high volume recruitment within the engineering and IT space. The role will be a full 360 position with the holder expected to work with managers within the business to advise on market conditions and offer process improvement suggestions.
To be successful in this role you will need the following experience -
- In-house recruitment experience. Must be able to drive meaningful relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in recruiting for IT/Technical roles, ideally within Financial Services/Insurance
- Team player with a positive, motivated outlook
- Ability to build relationships with the business, challenge and push back where necessary
