Your new role
The HR Officer will support the HR Manager in the delivery of a generalist HR service to the business. Key responsibilities will include providing HR advice & guidance, supporting recruitment campaigns and managing any ER cases. The HR Officer will also support HR projects including restructuring, change management and employee engagement. Additionally the postholder will produce management information reports, analyse data and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced CIPD qualified HR Officer/Advisor with strong advisory and administrative skills. Key skills will include project management and analysing data. Strong excel skills are vital. Candidates will be have strong relationship management skills and be well organised.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £25000 to £31000 plus benefits.
