I am currently seeking a Business Partner who has an exceptional HR Generalist experience. You will also have touched on mobility with an understanding of what needs to be done within a business and what can be advised across the countries.

You will have knowledge around employment legislation relevant to resourcing within the commercial environment as a major part of the role will be attraction and selection, candidate management, visa and immigration management and onboarding. The ability to maintain and create strong internal and external relationships is vital in this role being successful. It is therefore perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with the business, with strong communication skills and the ability to be innovative and creative with ideas.

This will really suit someone who wants to be part of a fast-growth business, full of fantastic self-starters and high retention rates. Culture is however key for the business to continue it's success, so the ability to keep this strong is key.
