Recruitment Manager

Fantastic opportunity to work for a credible innovative restaurant chain. The role involves full recruitment for the company from Assistant Manager to Op's Manager, as well as head office. This is a stand-alone role although you will be based in a fun head office in central London with plenty of friendly colleagues around you. Key Responsibilities

    • Through a talent strategy that will include external talent acquisition, EVP and internal talent succession planning you will ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time

    • Forecast annual recruitment needs, internal and external

    • Deliver the UK headcount requirements for each year to budget

    • Creation of annual plans for the recruitment function

    • Working with the People Director and Head of People on the people strategy

    • Directly responsible for the recruitment of Head office roles supporting Directors and hiring managers to find the best talent for their teams

    • Implement talent metrics that support the overall business objectives and ensure they are reviewed and communicated to the business regularly

    • Monthly board reports

    • Build effective, collaborative and transparent working relationships with the Operations team, people team and head office teams.

    • Identify and develop effective channels for increasing the employment brand

    • Monitor industries' best practices in attraction concepts and recruitment channels and implement changes to current practices, where appropriate

    • Represent the business at external networking events

    • Support the People Director and People team with any ad hoc projects

Key Skills

    • Expert in their field ideally have acquired agency experience

    • Experience of Recruitment role within hospitality

    • Great relationship building skills

    • Effective communication at all levels within the business

    • Good team player with creative and sound problem-solving skills

    • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment

    • Skilled in networking and building good relationships

    • Experiences at working directly with Senior Leadership Teams, exercising relationship building and influencing skills

    • Demonstrated strategic broad-minded thinking while collaborating and working hands-on with a team

    • Experience in creating direct sourcing models to prevent agency spend
