Role: HR Business Partner
Location: Central London
My client are an independent media organisation who work across global offices and are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their London team. Following a companywide re-structure, their People team are now working not only on a regional basis but a global basis making it an exciting time to join and be part of a brand new process.
You will partner with global leaders, to ensure full coverage of support is offered to every individual and strong relationships are built. Administrative support will be given for day to day related HR queries, as well as the implementation of a brand new HR system. They are looking for someone who can balance both an operational and highly strategic element of the HRBP role. Thought leaderships and strategy comes directly from the Business Partner team, so experience in this is crucial.
You will be given the opportunity to invest in a number of initiatives and really lead from the front with new ideas to bring to the business. This is a fast paced and changing environment, so adaptability and flexibility are key.
