This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Reward specialist to support the business with the implementation of a reward framework

You will have experience in a leading on projects and supporting the design and implementation of reward systems.

Ensuring that the firms broad-based compensation programs are competitive, sustainable, and have an impact on strategic goals.

This role will suit someone with substantial reward experience. You will have experience in managing compensation processes with the ability to build consensus across a wide range of stakeholders, handle multiple tasks, manage priorities and expectations. An ability to think strategically will be key to the success of this role.
