Learning and Development Facilitator
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Digital Training Manager, you will be responsible for the design and development of innovative digital learning solutions. As a result, you will be working closely with the L&D team and key stakeholders across the business to identify key learning needs and create a number of blended learning programmes and online courses.
This will involve designing and implementing elements such as e-learning, videos and podcasts to meet the needs of different business areas. In addition, you will be uploading new content and managing the Learning Management System, as well as creating scripts and storyboards for learning solutions to be approved by managers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a PTTLS or a national recognised training/digital learning qualification. In addition, you will have extensive experience working to design and develop various digital learning solutions, as well as a track record of delivering training courses.
The ability to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders across the business is an essential part of this role, as is the ability to use IT programmes such as Microsoft office work, excel, outlook and access. You will also be competent in designing and editing software such as Captivate, Storyline, Nimble or something similar to produced digital learning solutions.
