Your new role
Working as part of a large team you will manage end to end recruitment activities, directly sourcing high volumes of talent to ensure the successful delivery of the highest quality of candidates.
This role will actively build talent pipelines for future requirements whilst ensuring you meet headcount requirements set by the business by delivering an excellent recruitment service. Identify and develop the best sourcing strategies with the support of the recruitment team, while managing the balance of direct, referral and agency candidates. Build effective and credible relationships with key stakeholders across multiple locations. Accurately produce management information reports on candidate pipelines, hire data and various other ad-hoc reports. Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure the best possible candidate experience. Participate in the agency supplier review process.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful track record of directly sourcing industry related technical and or corporate functions Experience pro-actively sourcing candidates and managing external suppliers and direct candidates, which will require excellent candidate management skills.
Outstanding customer facing skills with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with senior line managers.
A good understanding of the Professional Services Market, such as IT or Management Consulting.
Attention to detail, with experience in working with MS Office applications such as Excel.
A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.
What you'll get in return
A base salary of £45,000 - £60,000
