A brand new role as a Recruitment Administrator

Supporting the Recruitment Manager with all administration

Client Details

A growing, well established business.


Update the careers website and In House ATS system and ensure the content is up to date and appropriate

Work alongside the Marketing Department to fully utilise social media

Screening applications and contacting applicants to arrange interviews

Giving feedback to candidates both successful and unsuccessful

Support the HR team to ensure all new starters are engaged, have the correct equipment and necessary training objectives.

Assisting in the offer process


  • Have previously worked as a Recruitment/HR Admin
  • Have excellent administration skills with the ability to set up admin processes and procedures
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient IT skills - MS Office, Word, Excel

Job Offer

  • Salary £18,000 - £22,000k per annum
  • Excellent benefits
