Annapurna have been engaged by a start-up Management Consultancy who are seeking a Business Analyst for a client facing role to assist with Cloud HRIS implementations.

EXPERIENCE IN A MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY IS ESSENTIAL.

Key Tasks

  • Participate in all design workshops
  • Document Key Designs
  • Produce and own the Business Process Index
  • Produce the HR processes in respect of the systems solutions:
    • Recruitment Process
    • Onboarding Process
    • Employee Data Changes
    • Job Data Changes
    • Compensation Changes
    • Absence Management
    • Benefits
    • Employee Relations
    • System Administration and Support
    • Foundation Object Management
  • Produce the Role Based Permissions matrix
  • Document the Integration Error Handling Processes
  • Create the Technical Landscape diagrams
  • Create the Requirements Traceability Matrix
  • Produce test Use Cases based on process scenarios for use in testing
  • Facilitate UAT testing
  • Contribute to production of User Guides and Business Operating Procedures
  • Contribute to the change control board
  • Participate in post go live support

Key Skills

  • Proven experience working with SucessFactors Modules - Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding
  • Knowledge of HR processes and experience of HR business process improvement
  • Microsoft product experience - Visio, Excel, PowerPoint in particular
  • Ability to work alongside and challenge the SucessFactors implementation partner on design and solution decisions
  • Ability to scope business requirements and translate to SuccessFactors implementation partner
