Our Oxford based client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Recruitment Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team on a full time Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of an ever evolving and dynamic organisation.
Your new role
As Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for providing Administrative support throughout the Recruitment process as well as to the wider HR team. You will be liaising with hiring managers across the business to book interviews, meeting rooms and request feedback for candidates. You will also be responsible for taking ownership of any candidate queries and concerns as well as providing regular updates.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work both logically and methodically. Previous experience of working within the Recruitment function would be desirable, and excellent Administrative skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £25000 dependant on experience. You will also be entitled to a holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays as well as a great company benefits package.
