Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading Retail brand based in central London, recruiting for a Reward Manager to join their team.
Reporting directly into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will be responsible for managing the annual pay review process (both UK and Internationally), as well as set the pay rates for hourly paid employees. You will be working in partnership with the Head of Reward on the annual bonus processes and the design of new incentive arrangements across the organisation. As reward Manager you will also support the development of the benefits strategy, renewing benefits plans and relaunching share schemes. You will be also supporting with he creation of monthly MI reporting and supporting on global mobility arrangements. This is a total reward management position, and so our client is looking for well rounded total reward experience.
As you will be working as part of a lean team, you will be facing off to senior level stakeholders in the business and so solid stakeholder management experience is essential.
